The 1.6-liter 4-cylinder gas engine and its companion electric motor send power to the front wheels by way of a 6-speed automated dual-clutch transmission that is buttery smooth. The handling and suspension yield a positive and precise ride quality. There are three on-the-fly drive modes to assist adjusting to strange road conditions and equally strange unpredictable drivers.
